’It’s my time to shine There era is over,Davido and wizkid are no longer relevant ,i was patient with them for 7 years’’ – Burna boy speaks.
Damini Ogulu Ebunoluwa, a song writer & singer ,popularly known as Burna Boy ,claimed that it is over between Davido and Wizkid. Burnaboy made this statement During a recent interview that emerged online, Grammy-Award winning Nigerian singer.
The African giant Burnaboy ,who lately dropped his seventh studio album dubbed, ‘I Told Them’, made the declaration in an interview after he had previously said that the genre, Afrobeats doesn’t have substance.
According to ‘Last Last’ crooner, he gives Wizkid, Davido, and others 7 years headstart to shine because he wasn’t allowed to step out from his continent, Africa to the UK.

He added that as soon as he get back to the UK in the year 2016, he knew that it is all over for the superstars shinning at that time.
He said :“I gave them a head start for like 7 years because I wasn’t allowed to step out from my continent to the UK, but as soon as I got into the UK in 2016, I SAID IT’S OVER FOR Y’ALL”
