Popular Nigeria afrobeat star kizz Daniel has been detained in ivory coast after he refused to perform a paid concert in ivory coast.

According to report,the Nigerian singer was allegedly paid a sum of $150,000 to perform in ivory coast

The incident occurred on Thursday, October 12, 2023, when Kizz Daniel stayed backstage and did not come on stage to entertain the audience.

As a result, he was arrested by the Confederation of African Football (CAF) and is currently in detention.

It will be recalled that this is not the first time the notable singer has be facing such consequences of refusing to perform at a show he has been paid for.
